  • Where is Skin Kneads by Kenzie located?

    Skin Kneads by Kenzie is located at 4141 6th Ave Unit C Tacoma WA

    Look for the big red building. Unit C is on the 6th Ave Street level.

    There is a dedicated parking space for massage and facial clients that is located under the building that can be accessed from the alley. There is also street parking if you prefer.

    If you have trouble finding the location please text: 253-254-6226 for assistance. Please allow enough time to arrive on time for appointment.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    I require 48 hours notice for any cancelations or changes to your appointment. Any canceled appointments within the 48 hours window will result in a 50% cancelation fee of the total service price. If you do not show up to your appointment with no notice, you will be charged 75% of the total service price. We will not be able to accommodate anyone who is greater than 15 minutes late to an appointment due to lack of adequate time to perform treatment. If you are more than 15 mins late you will be charged 50% of service price.

  • Do you accept refunds?

    We do not accept any refunds on any services or products. If you have any issues at all, please reach out to Kenzie directly and we can come up with a solution together!

  • How should I prepare for my facial?

    I'm so happy that you want to come in prepared! ideally, coming in with no makeup or anything on your skin is ideal, but that is not always realistic so no worries if you have makeup on! I will glady take that off for you! It is also advisable to skip any active ingredients, tanning or exfoliating at least 3 days before your session.

  • How often should I get facial services?

    Great question! That can vary from person to person. For best results, I always recommend skin treatments every 4-6 weeks. We can come up with a personalized treatment plan at the time of your session!

  • What can I expect from a facial?

    All of Kenzie's facials are completely customizable! Every facial will start off with a double cleanse, exfoliation, and different masks to target your individual skin concerns. If you're interested in something specific please don't hesitate to ask!
